Shipping & Delivery: We charge a flat fee for delivery within Australia. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location.
Privacy & Security: Your privacy and security are extremely important to us here at Artfresco. We make every effort to adhere to the guidelines developed by the Australian Privacy Commissioner. This page explains the type of information that is collected by Artfresco, how such information is used and under what circumstances and to whom it may be disclosed. If you have any privacy concerns, please contact us with them.. When you use this web site, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes - your server address, your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc), the date and time of your visit to the site, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous site visited, and the type of browser used. This is used purely for statistical purposes to show broken links in our website, bottlenecks, and other site problems. We use this information to redesign for efficiency of use. No attempt will be made to identify users or your browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the Internet Service Provider's logs. Artfresco will only record your email address and other personal information when you register with us requesting to be on our mailing list or when you purchase any products. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and we will not use or disclose your email address for any other purpose. Our website uses "cookies" for maintaining contact with you through a website session. A cookie is a small file supplied by us and stored by the web browser software on your computer when you access our online internet store. The cookie allows the Artfresco website to recognise you as an individual as you add and remove items from your shopping cart. These cookies are currently set to persist for the current session only. This information is only used to help you use our website systems more efficiently, not to track your movements through the internet, or to record private information about you. All confidential information collected from you is done securely through using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that all information is sent privately and securely to our server only. We do not store your credit card information on our web server. Once your internet order has been processed, all details are deleted from the web server. Artfresco may also contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policy or the content of these web sites.
Returns & Replacements: Artfresco does not sell "on approval". We will not accept returns for minor blemishes that could reasonably be expected to exist. As our items are hand-made artworks, you must expect that they are not perfect, however, if you feel an item has been unintentionally misrepresented due to an omission or error in the description, or in the photo, I am happy to refund the item cost less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges, either way, will NOT be refunded. Artfresco will only accept returns repacked in the original packaging. We will only accept returns that have been agreed to after due correspondence. Defective goods are covered by our 7 Day Replacement Guarantee and it is the buyers responsibility to contact us, and deal with any claims in this seven day period.
Ordering: Artfresco only accepts orders on our website from within Australia. Any International orders can be placed by bidding on one of our listings on eBay or Oztion. All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Artfresco. Artfresco may vary prices in the event of price changes, or pricing mistakes, on reasonable prior notice to you. If Artfresco requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Artfresco, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase. Artfresco, or its agent, will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Artfresco as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Artfresco to be authorised to receive the goods. Goods delivered to a P.O. Box address are at your own risk of delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Artfresco may charge you additional delivery fees for a return delivery. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Artfresco reserves the right to restrict sales quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Artfresco, the applicable government taxes (ie G.S.T.), and the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Artfresco is used for internal use only and is NOT passed to third parties for promotional reasons (see privacy policy). At this stage we can only accept payments by Credit Card, Paypal, or Direct Deposit. We are unable to accept COD charges outside of the greater Melbourne area. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.
Terms: PICTURES Artfresco provides pictures with the goods descriptions, however, we are not professional photographers. We try to take pictures that reflect the nature of each item, but they may not show the "true" finished product. LIABILITY Any liability of Artfresco in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Artfresco be limited to: in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again. CHANGES TO TERMS Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Artfresco may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order. APPLICABLE LAW All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Your Account: You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Artfresco in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Artfresco may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice for any reason.
